Rico Setiawan
Chief Executive Officer

Rico Setiawan has been the CEO of BMW Tunas since 2001. With over 20 years of dedication in various companies under Tunas Group, he was also appointed as CEO of PT Tunas Ridean Tbk. in 2010.

Enabled by his vast experience and strong leadership, BMW Tunas has grown sustainably while consistently delivering service excellence.

William Chai
Chief Operating Officer

William Chai was appointed COO of BMW Tunas in March 2019 and is responsible for the overall operations of the company, including its digital transformation.

Having first joined Jardine Matheson in 2013, he has held several positions in Finance, Operations, and Business Transformation projects in Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Indonesia. These experiences gave him extensive insights to lead BMW Tunas to meet all of its corporate objectives.

Rico Herveary
Operations Manager

Rico Herveary is BMW Tunas’ Operations Manager and has been managing Sales Operations at BMW Tunas since 2010.

With over 27 years of experience in Sales, he joined BMW Tunas in 2005 as Tebet’s Branch Manager and was awarded the Best Branch Manager by BMW Indonesia. Just three years later, he successfully made BMW Tunas Tebet one of the top-selling branches in Indonesia.

Ermera Setyadi
Service Operations Manager

Ermera Setyadi is BMW Tunas’ Service Operations Manager and oversees BMW Tunas’ entire Customer Support operations.

Ermera has over 20 years of professional experience in Aftersales at Volkswagen Germany, BMW China, and BMW Sydney. He is now leading an experienced and dedicated Customer Support team at BMW Tunas, ensuring that every customer visiting our service centres always leaves with satisfaction in mind.
